Aldrian is a graduate from the Faculty of Law of the University of North Sumatera, Medan. Prior to joining HHR Lawyers, he had worked with reputable company and law firm in Jakarta. He joined HHR Lawyers in 2022 and was promoted as a Senior Associate in 2024.

In Commercial Dispute Resoluions works, he has been involved in a wide range of court proceedings, including administrative and criminal cases at various levels of the judiciary. He has represented numerous multinational and Indonesian companies in criminal proceedings and administrative court actions, providing strategic advice, preparing court submissions, managing case strategies, and assisting clients throughout all stages of the legal process.

In Tourism and Real Estate works, he has been involved in various transactions and legal proceedings, including share acquisitions, property-related deals, and negotiations in potential disputes. He has assisted multinational and Indonesian companies with legal due diligence, management discussions, transaction documentation, implementation advice, and negotiation and settlement processes.

He is attached to the firm’s (i) Commercial Dispute Resolutions, (ii) White Collar Crime, Crime Investigation and Restorative Justice practice groups (iii) Tourism and Real Estate, and (iv) Entertainment and Media practice groups.

A Licensed Advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
